This home is pet friendly (with the addition of a non refundable pet fee). Pool cleaning and maintenance are covered. Lawn care is taken care of by the owner. This house is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and our beautiful and friendly downtown. If you want to drop in to Gruene to listen to some live music, it's just a short drive away. Stay in our lovely home while you are shopping for yours, waiting for your construction to complete, or just taking an extended vacation in lovely New Braunfels.
