Don't worry about having to keep up with a key. Just tap in your code or use your fingerprint to unlock any external door. There is a comfortable screened in back porch and a nice deck next to the swimming pool with a table and chairs to help you enjoy your time in our lovely back yard. This home is pet friendly (with the addition of a non refundable pet fee). Pool cleaning and maintenance are covered. Lawn care is taken care of by the owner. This house is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and our beautiful and friendly downtown. If you want to drop in to Gruene to listen to some live music, it's just a short drive away. Stay in our lovely home while you are shopping for yours, waiting for your construction to complete, or just taking an extended vacation in lovely New Braunfels. Minimum rental length is typically 3 months, but if you need a shorter lease please contact us to discuss. This house is located in a nice, quiet cul de sac with kind and friendly neighbors.
